Q. How long does each Boot Camp class last?
Each class lasts 1 hour, from 6am – 7am.
Q. What is the exercise format of the Boot Camp Class?
The basic format of the class is military style calisthenics. However, different fitness formats (basic strength training, cardiovascular, plyometics, yoga, pilates, etc.) are often mixed into the basic format, to add variety, provide the best results and the ultimate group exercise experience.
Q.What if I can’t do all of the Boot Camp class due to my current fitness level?
NO ONE has ever done every rep of every exercise when first starting Boot Camp, or any other exercise program for that matter. Do as much as you can and don’t worry if you need to take a break for a second. The beauty of group exercise is that all the other participants are there to encourage and motivate each other. After only a few weeks of consistent participation, regardless of your current fitness level, you’ll be doing the whole class with no breaks. By the end of your program you will be a pro and recommending Boot Camp to all your friends and co-workers. However, if you feel that you may not be able to do ANY of the class from the beginning, a personal trainer setting may be the best and safest option for you to begin an exercise program. See our personal training options, if this is the best option for you. Also be aware, any of our personal training clients can attend Boot Camp for no additional charge.

Q. How long does each session last?
Fitness by Reese is committed to maximizing your potential. Our sessions last as long as your workout takes. Workouts are designed for each clients’ personal goals and fitness levels. Sometimes your workout session will be only 30 minutes while other times it may last as long as 1 hour. Sometimes it will only take 30 – 40 minutes to maximize your physical efforts. There may be other occasions where it takes 1hour and 15 minutes to push through the entire workout planned for you on that particular day. Our trainers are dedicated to motivating you until your workout is done. For that reason Fitness by Reese sells programs and packages. Fitness by Reese does not sell by the session or by the hour. If you are trying to budget how much time you need for your work out, budget 1 hr to 1 ½ hour for your work out. This will be ample time for your sessions with your trainer and your cardio assignment.
Q. How long will it take for me to see the results I want?
Results on your program are directly correlated with your focus and dedication to the instructions of the program. Consistency in your workouts as well as the nutritional guidance is the key to your success. Everybody’s rate of progress is different. It is safe to say that consistent focus on the program for 3 mos/ 12 weeks should reveal some visible, noticeable results. But the length of time it takes for you to reach YOUR total goal all depends on YOU!
Q. What is included in each program? Is nutrition included in my program?
Fitness by Reese programs will provide everything you need to achieve your health and fitness goals. Your workout program will be customized for you, designed with your fitness level and fitness goals in mind. Your trainer will see to it that you attend and complete your workouts 3, 4 or 5 days per week (package dependent). In addition to the workout programs, you will receive nutritional information that is imperative to your success on this program. Your trainer will also motivate and encourage you to follow your nutrition program without flaw. Your success and progress on the program will be measured every four weeks by a computer generated body fat analysis. This measurement quantifies how much of your total weight is lean body mass and how much is actual fat. Obviously, the goal is to minimize your fat lbs, i.e. reduce your body fat. Weight loss is typically inherent when you reduce body fat. But don’t be surprised or discouraged if you don’t see the scale go down the first 4 weeks. It’s typical to have success in reducing body fat while increasing lean body mass. Not to mention, some fitness goals are the increase of lean body mass without weight loss. Analyzing body fat is the ONLY true way to measure your success on ANY fitness program.
